  • Absolutely. In order to provide the quality of care we strive for, we regularly work within teams to provide the best treatment possible. We utilize a collaborative care approach, and ensure the standard of care is upheld throughout the treatment process.

  • The first session is typically an assessment where we gather information about your concerns, history, and goals. It's also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine if the therapist is a good fit for you.

  • In order for Mindframe to provide our level of specialized therapeutic services, we do not engage with insurance providers. We charge a customary rate for specialized therapists, and we utilize a sliding scale approach. We are able to provide superbills to submit to insurance companies.

  • While our therapists cannot prescribe medication, we can work in conjunction with psychiatrists or your primary care physician if medication is deemed necessary as part of your treatment plan.

  • If you're experiencing persistent emotional distress, changes in mood or behavior, difficulties in relationships, or if your daily functioning is impacted, therapy might be beneficial. It's also okay to seek therapy for personal growth or during life transitions.

  • Absolutely. We adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines. Information shared in therapy is protected by law, with few exceptions (such as if there's a risk of harm to self or others).

  • We use evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's needs. This may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapies, and other modalities as appropriate.
